Personal Training can help you improve your physical fitness and may improve a chronic musculoskeletal problem. Cleo Bagwell is an exercise physiologist who specializes in 1) body mechanics and pain reduction 2)strength and cardiovascular training and 3) improved flexibility and general body awareness. You can schedule one session with her at the clinic to learn exercises to meet your specific needs, or can schedule regular sessions 1-3 times a week.
Yoga promotes both relaxation and fitness, may improve a chronic musculoskeletal problem you have been experiencing and may also improve sleep.
